The RoleThe RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to join the Jeddah head office of a market leading Saudi Arabian company. Working closely with the HR Director you will provide leadership on HR strategies and help develop & implement policies to support the business growth across KSA. The key areas of focus for you will be; * Policy development and implementation * Performance management * Pay & compensation; ensuring salaries are competitive with market rates * Recruitment & selection process * Management of Personnel files * Development of Training programs * Various ad hoc projects to support the management team |
RequirementsRequirementsYou will need excellent previous HR Management experience, ideally within KSA and the Middle East region. An ability to build strong relationships across a multi-site organization is essential. Arabic/ English bi-lingual skills are essential.
