The RoleThe RoleCharterhouse Partnership is working with a leading private investment organisation that is currently expanding within the Abu Dhabi market. They are looking to grow and develop their business model further by starting up a new subsidiary within the architectural market. The company is recruiting an Arabic speaking HR Officer to join a small but rapidly expanding team who will be heavily involved in implementing policies and procedures as well as dealing with recruitment and employee relations. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful candidate should have several years experience working as an HR Officer within an HR generalist position. You should be well versed in UAE labour laws and have a proven track record of implementing policies and procedures within other companies in the region. You should be a driven and motivated individual with the ability to grow an HR function from scratch. You should be comfortable working for a small organisation and previous experience within the architectural, design or real estate industries is crucial to succeed in this role. Only Arabic speaking candidates will be considered for this role. |
