The Role

Charterhouse Partnership is working with a leading private investment organisation that is currently expanding within the Abu Dhabi market. They are looking to grow and develop their business model further by starting up a new subsidiary within the architectural market.

The company is recruiting an Arabic speaking HR Officer to join a small but rapidly expanding team who will be heavily involved in implementing policies and procedures as well as dealing with recruitment and employee relations.

Requirements


Requirements

The successful candidate should have several years experience working as an HR Officer within an HR generalist position. You should be well versed in UAE labour laws and have a proven track record of implementing policies and procedures within other companies in the region.

You should be a driven and motivated individual with the ability to grow an HR function from scratch. You should be comfortable working for a small organisation and previous experience within the architectural, design or real estate industries is crucial to succeed in this role. Only Arabic speaking candidates will be considered for this role.
