Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leader in the aviation industry and we are recruiting an Arabic speaking HR Officer who has relevant HR experience working in the UAE. Fluency in French is an advantage. This role is based in Abu Dhabi and reports to the HR Director. Supporting the HR Department in routine HR matters related to recruitment, employee relations and payroll.

Responsibilities
- Dealing with payroll and salary queries
- Processing of new employees and leavers
- Conducting exit interviews
- Assists in recruitment though advertising and shortlisting, checking references and processing offers and dealing with visa and immigration processes
- Preparation of reports related to headcount and turnover
- Updates and maintains the employee handbook and policies & procedures manual

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree
- 3 - 5 years experience in Human Resources in the UAE
- Excellent working knowledge of UAE labor laws
- Experience of working in the aviation industry is an advantage

Candidate Profile
- Must be living in the UAE preferably Abu Dhabi
- Aged between 27 - 35 years
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Fluency in French is an advantage
