HR Officer - Central Human Resource Management - UAE

As HR Officer for Central Human Resources, you will be responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee relations.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring that accurate job descriptions are in place
* Providing advice and assistance with writing job descriptions
* Conducting staff performance evaluations
* Identifying training and development opportunities
* Providing basic counselling to staff who have performance related obstacles
* Coordinating staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely, organized, and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in HR generalist role within a large scale organization
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Effective planning and organizational skills
* A proactive, results driven approach.
