The RoleThe RoleOur client, a leading International Supply Chain/Logistics company is looking for an experienced Recruitment Officer to join their team in Dubai. The objective of the role is to provide full Human Resource services to the designated Business Units within the Division, with emphasis upon recruitment and selection. Assist to develop the HR in the Company by participating in HR initiatives. Key Tasks: Provide advice to Manager’s and Employee’s regarding HR issues Employee Relations Recruit and select suitable employees into the designated Business Units Ensure all positions recruited for have an up-to-date job description Ensure all new employees obtain required travel Visa’s Ensure all employees receive an induction into the organisation Provide support to manager’s and employee’s on performance management system Develop a good working relationship with other departments Contribute to the development of the Intranet Site Provide weekly recruitment status to BU Director / HR Manager Provide professional and efficient service to all employees Provide recommendations for improvements to the current systems, policies and procedures Visit the depots on a regular basis Perform any other tasks as directed by the Business Unit, HR Manager or Central Human Resources. |
RequirementsRequirementsTo qualify for this role you must have at least three years experience in a Recruitment/HR role within an international company, ideally in the UAE. You will be fluent in written and spoken English and pay close attention to detail. You will an experienced PC user familiar with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
