Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned Abu Dhabi based risk management consultancy, who are focused on the aviation, construction and rail markets. Due to growth within the business they are looking to hire an HR Officer to join the organisation.
This role will report to the Director of Operations. You will be responsible for all employee relations and talent acquisition including policy implementation and training and development. You will be in charge of all onboarding and offboarding as well as the performance management cycle, payroll coordination and management of staff travel. In addition, you will be responsible for the internship and mentoring program run by the company. You will also look after all aspects of HRIS management, building a database and ensuring it is managed effectively.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 4 years experience in a HR generalist position. You should also have UAE experience together with strong knowledge of labour laws and employment practice within the GCC. Our client has expressed a preference for a Western educated candidate.
