Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Assisting the HR Manager in the following:
- Searching for, shortlist candidates for required positions.
- Calling candidates for interviews
- Preparing employment contracts
- Generate and update MIS reports
- Assist in writing the job descriptions

Performance management:
- Assist the staff in finalizing their PMC
- Follow up the managers and the staff to close up their PSC before the due date.
- Assist in the Performance Management Cycle( beginning of the year, midyear and year-end reviews).

Training and Development:
- Search and advise the best training agencies and programs.
- Assist in Building a training and development programs for the staff.
- Follow up the staff on their training programs and make sure they attend the proper course as per their PMC

HR Administration:
- Translation of letters, Arabic - English and vice versa and any other translation required by the company
- Prepare Arabic/English employment/reference letters for staff for submission to various embassies/ local governments such as Immigration, Traffic, CID, Police, pension letters and police clearance letters for new staff.
- Follow up leave applications and approvals.
- Follow up Visa process
- Follow up medical cards approvals

Requirements

- 3- 4 years experience.
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Good computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
