Parsons Brinckerhoff was selected by Ashghal to provide program management consultant (PMC) services for what is expected to be more than 200 local road and drainage infrastructure projects to be implemented throughout the country over a period of five to seven years.
Due to the Programme's continuous growth; we are looking to hire an HR Officer to be based in Doha.
Requirements
Working as part of a growing and diverse Team you should have about 2.5 to 5 years as an HR Officer with an excellent communication skills and the ability to work on strict deadlines. This is a demanding role that would require you to be flexible, work under your own initiative and confident under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Support/Assist in human resources related duties at the professional level and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance, training and development, labor relations and policies and procedures
