Employment: Full Time

A multinational leading media company is looking for a HR officer to be joining their team.

The HR Officer role will report to the HR Business Partner.

The main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Accurately maintain employee electronic records.
- To deliver high quality, operational recruitment and generalist HR support.
- To assist with sourcing high caliber candidates through direct and cost efficient methods
- Accurately produce employee documentation.
Issue all offer letters and contracts (both permanent and fixed term) together with relevant information, payroll forms and policy documents.
- Manage the starter, mover and leaver processes for employees.
- To work closely with the line managers to ensure professional and thorough on boarding and induction process
- Work with the HR Business Partner to ensure that the payroll is accurately processed and completed to the required deadline each month for all starters, movers and leavers.
- Support the HR Business Partner with annual performance and salary/bonus review process and ensure consistency across the business.
- To work with the HR BP to produce management information reports; headcount, turnover, absence etc.
- Ensure all new joiners are registered for induction and run new joiner HR meeting.

Requirements

- Previous experience of 4 to 5 years in HR is essential.
- Good knowledge of bonus and commission schemes.
- Graduate caliber preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail but able to work at a fast pace
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Native or fluent in English language
