Specification:
- Ensure HR policies and SOP's are followed
- Coordinates staff and tradesmen recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff. Prepare employment contracts.
- Manpower deployment / planning. Coordinate with department head and site personnel to ensure adequate and timely deployment of workers to sites / departments.
- Ensures all the visa processing requirement are fulfilled before a visa is applied to ensure in time enrollment of new employees.
- Renewal of medical insurance, group life insurance including addition & deletion of employees and also involved in evaluating the policy premium & sent to finance for payment.
- Ensuring Payroll is created and salaries are dispatched in time on monthly basis.
- Administering payroll and employee database accuracy.
- Steered efforts in handling the medical and accidental claim of the overall employees with the Insurance companies.
- Provide a monthly cost center management report to every cost center head to ensure accurate reporting of personnel costs under respective cost centers. Identify and resolve discrepancies (if any)
- Solve employee conflicts and improve HR administration; develop strong relationships and effective communication between company & employees.
- Administer all benefits (travel tickets, vacation accruals, leave application and approvals, educational fees, preparing leave salary, employee exit)
- Oversee new staff joining formalities and employee induction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or Business Management.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in HR work scopes and 3 years in construction industry
- Strong background of Saudi Labor law & Visa Process.
- A Self initiator well equipped with Communication, Reporting & MS Office.
