Employment: Full Time

A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced HR Officer, to join their team in Bahrain. The role involves; implementing performance management across the company, identifying relevant training needs for the staff, conducting relevant in-house training to develop and improve employee job skills, maintaining and updating information in the employees personal files, administering staff leave, preparing employment letters and reference letters when needed, preparing advertisements for vacant positions, scheduling and organizing interviews and arranging induction programs, among others. The individual must have top interpersonal skills to manage relationships at all levels within the institution and external parties.

Requirements

- Have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject from a respected university
- Have between 2 to 5 years experience in Human Resources within the Finance Industry
- Have the ability to manage internal and external relationships
- Be willing to relocate to Bahrain

Skills that are not mandatory however are beneficial:
- Arabic language skills would be a distinct advantage.
- Currently residing in the Kingdom of Bahrain or Middle East region.
