Job description / Role
Our client, a leading Qatari Technology Solution Integrator, require an experienced HR Officer to assist in all HR related activities including Recruitment, Development and Training, Administration, Reporting and Planning.
The role will be varied in scope and will give the incumbent the opportunity to develop their skills across the HR spectrum. The role will also focus heavily on the mass recruitment phase that is on-going in line with many projects recently won.
Requirements
Ideally the candidate will have at least 2 years HR/Admin experience within the Middle East. Candidates must be degree qualified in a related field. Our client prefers individuals whom have been involved in the recruitment and mobilisation of candidates and understand the Qatar Labour Laws.
Arabic speakers are preferred but is not essential. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools is a must with a strong background in reporting and planning.
