HR Officer

Job description / Role

My client is looking for a HR Officer to be based in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the below:

- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries (with existing personnel, applicants and all governmental departments)
- Assist in the recruitment process (Advertise roles, shortlist candidates, set up interviews, interview candidates, run assessment centres and assist with the end-to-end recruitment process)
- Administer HR-related documentation such as contracts of employment
- Manage from A-Z the process of issuing work permits/Visas for the employees as well as any other procedure is needed in relation to employees transferred, employees terminated etc.
- Ensure the relevant HR framework is up to date, accurate and complies with the current legislation
- Ensure that the company is fully compliant with all current KSA labour legislations
- Provide advice regarding local labour legislation
- Undertake all general Secretarial and Administrative support duties
- Manage the communication with all governmental departments
- Administer and maintain the Company's correspondence and filing system

Requirements

- Holder of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Previous experience for at least 2-3 years in a similar HR role will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of KSA labour laws
- Excellent communications skills
- Fluent in both Arabic & English
