Parkhouse Bell is delighted to be recruiting for the role of HR officer to be based in Al Jawf, Saudi Arabia on behalf of our client involved in the colleges of excellence programme.
Reporting to the director of HR and professional development, the HR officer will provide support for the recruitment, selection, induction, training, performance management and termination of employees.

Key Responsibilities
•Greet staff, students, parents, employers and other visitors respectfully and listen to what they require, physically and virtually (telephone, email).
•Provide HR support for recruitment, selection, induction, probation, promotion and termination of employment.
•Liaise with GRO to ensure staff papers are in order for the processing of work permits, visa and iqamas.
•Liaise with finance staff to ensure effective operation of payroll.
•Ensure staff are aware of policies and procedures for HR functions such as absence, grievance, disciplinary, performance management.
•Provide first line advice and support for employees, including for continuous professional development.
•Keep staff records up to date for leave, absence, sickness.

In addition you will also provide the service in accordance with the companies, vision, strategic plan and service improvement plans.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must meet all Qualifications and experience:
•Degree or exceptionally a Diploma in HR
•Two years’ experience in a HR Assistant/Coordination role, preferably in education or health
•Fluent in Arabic
