Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Recruitment
Obtain necessary approvals (signed RRF & supporting document if any).
Understanding employee requisition from the concerned department.
Enter the Vacancy Requisition in Oracle (iRecruitment) and follow up on approvals
Understanding the requirement and accordingly assisting in the draft of Job description.

Follow up & Ensure job descriptions are evaluated by coordinating with Group Comp and Ben.

Perform the CV Search and contact the candidates for initial screening (Grades A-F)
Screening candidates by conducting telephonic/personal interviews.
Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers and the shortlisted candidates
Conduct Reference Check when applicable
Get the necessary interview feedback forms for the selected candidate
Oracle entries/applicant details, and offer letter issuance
Follow up with the selected candidate on the offer acceptance and joining date
Maintain Recruitment tracking/cost reports.
Maintain and update the database of candidates

Training
Assist Brand managers with the on-the-job trainings as required.
Conduct Induction Trainings-specifically explaining the Employee Handbook to new joiners.
Assist with the coordination and delivery of the induction programmes.
Prepare materials required for Brand Managers for Induction Training.

Administration
Generating Employee numbers, by coordinating with Group Compensation and Benefits.
Handle all internal transfers and promotions, by coordinating with line managers and head of departments. Following the rightfully approved Employee Movement Action Forms (EMAF) from HOD's and GM.
Assist with presentations and other requirements of HOD when required.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate will have Skills such as:
Problem solving skills
Verbal and listening skills
Computer skills

and Knowledge in:
UAE Labor Law
Visa Processes

Preferably 2-3 years of experience in the Retail industry .
