Job description / Role
My client is a leading retailer based in Dubai, looking for an excellent HR Operations Manager to join a robust HR team.
The Role
As HR Operations Manager your role will be a mixture of strategic and operational HR. You will be responsible for your own division and must be able to take ownership. This role is varied and you will be involved with some key business divisions for your own division. Staff management will also be part of this role.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Experienced in HR Management, minimum 5 years in the UK or GCC - essential
Experienced working within a fast paced environment, ideally Retail or a related industry - essential
Excellent HR strategic mindset and ability to communicate at all levels - essential
Fluent in English (must be first language) - essential
Salary
AED 30,000 - 35,000 AED per month
