Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a global organisation within the financial services sector. Our client is looking to hire a HR Partner (UAE National) to join their team based in Dubai.
Your main responsibilities will be to consult with leaders and managers on people and organisational issues. You will provide coaching and feedback to improve on individual performance. You will develop, recommend and implement strategic and tactical plans to achieve business goals. In addition, you will provide career management and guidance to employees, manage internal transfers and provide consultations and support to management and employees.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be extremely independent, able to drive results and be self-motivated. You will be in partnership with the company and as such should be passionate about the role and company alike. You should have previous experience within a similar role as well as a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. It is essential you are meticulous, are able to provide a strong influence and have exceptional communication skills. Our client has specifically requested a UAE National for this role.
