Job description / Role
The EMEA Human Resources Shared Services team is a unified team consistently providing timely and accurate service in our growing, global market, enabling our associates to represent MetLife with knowledge, confidence and professionalism.
The EMEA HR SS team provide both operational and strategic services and support to the organisation and have a key role in promoting best practice across the range of its activities.
This role is part of the EMEA HR Shared Services department that supports MetLife EMEA regional business units. This position requires strong partnership with local country HR departments and the other members of MetLifes global HR function to ensure necessary information is gathered in a timely manner for accurate processing of administrative, data, payroll and benefit transactions.
The EMEA HR Shared Service - HR & Payroll Administrator is responsible for working closely with other EMEA HR Shared Service team members to coordinate the data flow into the EMEA HR SS operations area, as well as provide a variety of HR administrative support including payroll processing support.
The HR & Payroll Administrator will be responsible for data management into the HR Information System.
Requirements
- Human Resources or Finance related degree
Specialist knowledge:
- Payroll and HR Administration
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Excel or People Soft HRIS
