HR & Payroll Generalist - Arabic Speaker

Job description / Role

We are now looking for an Arabic speaking HR Generalist to work in our Dubai Airport Freezone offices.

Working as part of the regional HR team, this role will be responsible for providing operational HR support along with leading and management of the payroll processes across our GCC Operations.

Additional key responsibilities include:
- Processing of payroll, management of all payroll processes and working with Finance & Accounting on payroll administration
- Management the employee joining and exit process including End of Service process
- HR reporting and management of data requests
- Management of the HR Information System, including reporting and employee data management
- Management of the HR administration processes including benefits administration and maintenance of the employee files
- Training administration processes
- Preparation of HR correspondence including salary certificates
- Support Line Managers and employees on HR processes and guide managers on people management actions including employee relations issues
- Support with the execution of yearly HR processes such as pay review and bonus administration
- Provide administrative support to the HR Management team

Requirements

- 1 to 3 years HR experience in a HR generalist role in a complex global environment
- Multi site/country payroll, HR and compensation & benefits administration experience
- Excellent written and oral English and Arabic skills
- Strong computer literacy with excellent MS Office &
- Excel skills
- Project management and process redevelopment experience
- Excellent organization and planning ability with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results
- High attention to detail with excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- High confidentiality with the ability to work efficiently to deadlines
- Qualification in Human Resources or related will be considered an asset
