Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading multi-national business. They have recently identified the need to recruit an experienced Payroll and HR Administrator to join their busy HR team. In this role you will be responsible for the accurate and timely production of the Payroll, in accordance with internal procedures and statutory regulations. You will also provide HR administration support to the wider business. This role is initially a 12 month contract but there is a high chance it will lead to a permanent appointment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process the monthly payroll working closely with finance and accounting.
* Manage the employee joining and exit process.
* HR reporting and Analysis.
* Manage the HR information system, including reporting and employee data management.
* Support Line Managers and employees on the HR policies and procedures.
* Help support the yearly pay review and bonus process.

The successful candidate must have experience of working within a payroll department across the MENA market. You will support a number of countries across the Middle East so fluent Arabic will be highly desirable. Strong excel skills and excellent attention to detail will be absolutely essential. This role would be an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to make a move into a more generalist HR role in the future.
