Our Client is looking to hire an experienced HR professional to handle HR strategy within their large organisation. This is a varied role with scope for great career development for the ideal candidate. Our client is a solution driven company primarily in the security and property fields. They are involved with multiple services including commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, mixed use communities and facility management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing input to the development of the HR strategy in line with the overall company policies to ensure efficient HR support to the business as well as aligning strategy with the company vision and mission statement. You will be required to integrate the HR strategy vertically and horizontally across the company and its entities.

You will drive, manage and coordinate all the HR functions to ensure effective resource management of programmes and projects which will enable the HR division to deploy an effective HR strategy.

You will be required to plan, develop and implement strategy for the HR Management and you will be responsible for recruitment, policies and procedures, counselling, training and development as well as succession planning, culture development, performance appraisals and quality management issues.
