Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of the compensation & benefit programs across the organization,
- Assist in the development and the implementation of approved Compensation & Benefits policies & procedures across Saif Al Ghurair Group business units and monitor adherence to same so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
- Prepare job analysis interview schedules, briefing sessions to job holders and facilitate the job analysis process and support the development & maintenance of updated/ approved job descriptions for all positions in SAGG
- Prepare HRMS dashboard/ management reporting for business unit intelligence reporting.
- Conduct follow-ups o performance and reward road shows.

Requirements

- 2 - 4 years experience in HR with at least 3 years in the compensation & benefits field in the region.
- Knowledge on Compensation & Benefits/performance management methodologies.
