The RoleThe RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Western HR Project Officer to join one of the Middle East's most respected and recognized brands, Mezzan Holding Co. in Kuwait. This is an exciting time of change for the company, who is moving to a centralised service model in HR. Supporting the Group HR Manager, the successful candidate will play a vital role in pulling projects together, whilst having input into future changes and plans. The main focus of this role is centred around resourcing, project management and general support, working to tight deadlines across the Middle East business. You will be expected to deliver a rigorous project plan surrounding the integration and transition of people across the business, ensuring a cost effective methodology. To be considered for this post you will need to be experienced in both resourcing, recruitment and HR, i.e. an HR Advisor where resourcing and talent management was a significant part of your remit. |
RequirementsRequirementsThis is not a job with an iron job description, adaptability and flexibility are necessary! - You will be of Western graduate calibre with 'roll up sleeves' mentality and will have a strong understanding of MS Office. •Project Planning or HR experience will be an advantage •Detail-orientated, organised and passionate about delivering consistently high levels of service •Excellent communication and presentation skills •Experience of Change Management •Able to work alone on variety of challenging projects •Able to establish and maintain good working relationships •Strong level of influence and negotiation skills •Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets •Able to motivate and empower others to reach organisational goals •Good judgment and decision-making skills •UK/US educated BA/MA HR or Business with CIPD •Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, HRIS - SAP. |
