Encouraging Expertise In Hr Recruitment
We are looking for a hardworking and tenacious HR Recruiter with UAE experience to maintain and develop our successful HR desk in Dubai. Hays HR is considered to be one of the market leaders in HR recruitment in the UAE and we want a fast acting HR Recruiter to join our existing team of experts. You will be responsible for recruiting HR positions at various levels, across a variety of HR specialisms including; learning & Development, compensation & benefits, HR administration, HR strategy, talent management and recruitment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full 360 recruitment & management responsibilities required
- Maintaining and developing clients and global HR professionals within the Middle Eastern market.
- Ability to network and represent the Hays HR brand to our external customers
- Ability to bring in business for other Hays Brands
Requirements
- Ideally degree qualified in HR
- Previous UAE recruitment experience a must
- Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience, two years of which have been in HR recruitment
- Strong business development background essential
- Must have a strong ability to influence and persuade
- Must exhibit tenacity and a positive attitude
