The RoleThe RoleHR & Recruitment Assistant The Company: International multi branded organization based in Dubai seeks an experienced HR or Recruitment Assistant. Reporting to the HR / Recruitment Manager you will be tasked with managing both recruitment & administration duties in a busy and dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: • Working on recruitment campaigns you will be involved in supporting the recruitment & HR functions • Preparing & writing attractive job advertisements in line with the clients requirements to attract the best candidates available • Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates • Taking incoming calls from candidates and provision of a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times • Updating our internal database with new & updated information as required • General administration duties in the office |
RequirementsRequirementsExperience Required: • A minimum of 3 years commercial experience with some recent experience in a Recruitment or Human Resources department is essential • Dedicated, ethical, persistent, hardworking and a sense of humour is critical • Strong attention to detail is a must • Sound understanding of Computer packages like Microsoft Office including WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK • A willingness to learn and pick tasks up quickly, whilst using your own initiative • Excellent communication skills and presentation |
