HR – Recruitment Consultant

With origins in the UK, today Mackenzie Jones is a Middle East executive recruitment specialist and one of the first consultancies in the region to have a dedicated team on the ground of 20+ consultants. Based in Dubai since 2006, we work with clients and candidates across HR, banking & finance, marketing & sales and business support.

Our HR Division has grown from strength to strength in 2013 and forms an integral part of our portfolio of client and candidate base. With three experienced HR recruiters in the company, we can provide an excellent, supportive environment for anyone joining the division. Responsibilities:

- Responsible for HR roles across vertical sectors and working with exciting clients and brands with both local and global presence
- Continually expand HR penetration in the market, signing up new clients and showing tangible growth in the team’s client base
- Continually expand the HR candidate database by attracting, sourcing and registering new candidates on a daily basis
- Drive initiatives across your team, including:
- New business cold calling sessions
- Candidate updating
- Client updating
- Advert chasing; lead chasing
- Act as an ambassador for the business both internally and externally

Requirements

We are looking for an ambitious and driven individual who will thrive in a fast paced, success driven environment.

Ideally you will be a graduate with at least 1-2 years of experience within a sales role or alternatively we are also keen to speak to candidates with 3-4 years within a HR related role looking to make a transition into recruitment consultancy.
