This is an excellent opportunity for a young dynamic HR professional to join an ever growing regional FMCG/Retail group. My client is looking for a HR Recruitment Executive to assist the continued growth of the group throughout the region.
The HR Recruitment executive will have the responsibility of lower to mid-level recruitment for the entire group. You will assist strategic headcount planning and be part of the selection team. A key part of the role will involve travel within the GCC and further afield to ensure the right type of talent is brought into group. Other responsibilities include talent search and acquisition, interviewing and on boarding.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and have some experience in recruitment or functional HR. You will be a team player who is keen to learn and drive to reach good results. Arabic fluency is essential.
