HR Recruitment Executive

Job description / Role

My client is a major F&B Development / owner and Operating group for major Branded Food and Beverage franchises in the region. Adding new brands to the portfolio has created an opportunity for a HR Recruitment Executive to join the team in the Dubai office.

Recruitment drive and process for various Outlet brands across the region.
Conducting various recruitment activities that will provide line managers with candidate pool.
Organising International Recruitment Drives into Asia.
Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels.
Suggest on the salary structure; provide management information about the current market range of salary offered.
Accountable for documentation, visa processing and also responsible for coordination for staff accommodation.
Coordinate with all the outlets for the KPIs and appraisals to prepare a balance score card of
all the employees.
Liaise with Corporate HR to rollout a training schedule according to the score card.

Requirements

Degree in HR/ Development/ HR Human Strategies.
10 years in HR recruitment within the F&B / Dinning/ Hospitality Sectors
Worked on major recruitment drives for F&B branded launches and maintained recruitment program throughout process of project launch.
Be able to demonstrate a wide range of tool box in active recruitment strategy, not to rely on reactive programs.
Ideally based here in the UAE for Face to Face Interviews.
