Job description / Role
We would like to invite experienced HR and Recruitment managers to join a growing team with an international engineering consultancy. The role will develop and grow as the team builds and you will have the autonomy to input to the future growth and retention strategies of the business.
You MUST have a minimum of 8 years recruitment and HR experience within an Engineering consultant or contractor. You will currently reside in the Gulf region and have a minimum of 3 years experienced of working in the Middle East.
You will be educated to degree level and have experience of liaising with the companies hiring managers locally and internationally, you will be experienced in dealing with applicants and recruitment agencies.
Requirements
Overseeing junior staff in managing visa processes and coordinating business strategies within the organisation.
You will be responsible to help, direct and develop junior staff.
Having a HR background or qualification will help your application with a focus on driving recruitment within the business is essential.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major international engineering company. Travel to other locations across the gulf region may be necessary.
