The Role

Our client is a global leader in providing facilities and services in remote environments.

The position of Human Resources Operations Manager based in Afghanistan is both a unique and exciting opportunity for the right individual.

In this role you will get involved in all the day to day HR issues – terminations, lateness, disciplinaries, investigate complaints (stealing, sexual harassment, fights etc). A very varied role!

To be successful you:

Must be very used to dealing with broad spectrum of HR queries – resolving where possible, able to report back issues that can’t be resolved on site

Be independant - as the role is isolated – can’t be too friendly with anyone or be seen to have favourites

Have strong generalist HR background

Must have remote site experience

Military candidates must also have had recent civilian experience and not have been in the military for more than 12 years.

Unfortunately this position is not available to Asians, South Africans, Russians or Eastern Europeans.
