Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Lead, manage and deliver a high volume, high quality, standardized HR service in accordance with Labour Law, service level agreements and key performance indicators; which underpin the key transactional elements of the entire employee lifecycle. Specifically drive and focus on departmental and team efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years experience in HR
Strong Operational Background required
General knowledge of UAE employment laws and practices
Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs
Broad HR knowledge in key areas such as compensation and Benefits, talent acquisition, learning and development and HR Information Systems
Knowledge of servicing the organization against standardized service level agreements, and key performance indicators across a range of HR operations in a tiered service delivery model
Knowledge of query management systems and Oracle cloud based services

Package: 40,000 AED/month
