The RoleThe RoleObjective: Opportunity to design and implement an HR Shared Services to support an Employee population of around 5000. Main responsibilities : SET UP THE OPERATION Analysis of requirements. Project Outline Cost Benefit Analysis Detailed Project Plan Recruit and train Shared Services Staff Set and measure quality and customer KPI's Implement effective HR process and policies in centre Coach and mentor local HR Managers RUN THE OPERATION Provide an effective HR customer service to over 20 companies in the group. RequirementsRequirements4 - 5 years HR Shared Services Management experience. Degree Level or equivalent. Preferably IPD qualified. Dynamic, task focussed, HR Manager with bright personality and a sense of humor. Someone who loves the outdoor life, the sea and the mountains and plenty of warm sunshine and wants a rewarding international experience to add to their CV. Interviews will take place in the UK within the next few weeks. |
