Job description / Role
Job Purpose:
- Support Cluster HR Business Partner in managing the provision of effective HR services, including, but not limited to Resourcing & Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, employee relations, legislation adherence, benefit administration, policy development and adherence, to employees
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Cluster HR BP in the local implementation and administration of global HR strategy in the Cluster, TMU, and Agencies.
- Pre hiring activities Screening CVs, initial interviews and administration of prescreening tests for Cluster and agencies where applicable
- Support the execution of the global compensation and benefits strategy, policy and procedures in the Cluster, TMU and Agencies, and communicate to Cluster, TMU, and Agencies.
- Manage joiners and leavers for the Cluster & TMU in accordance with global HR policy
- Support Cluster HR Business Partner in administering the performance management system and processes as defined by the relevant COE in order to contribute to the promotion of a performance-driven culture and to the optimization of business performance in the respective Cluster and TMU
- Monitor the processes that run the performance management system, recruitment, training and development of the staff flag any local concerns that need action / resolution to Cluster HR Business Partner
- Support Cluster HR Business Partner in executing training plans and programs within the TMU and Cluster, as defined by the relevant COE, in order to ensure that employees have the necessary skills to perform to the required standards, both now and in the future
- Cluster HR reporting
- Support HR Business Partner with implementation of the Cluster strategy
- Counsel staff on any personnel and local labor law related topics (i.e. maternity leave, retirement, interpersonal affairs, etc.)
- Update local staff records (i.e. salary, benefits, new hires, retirement records, etc.) in system and inform HQ HR of changes in payroll.
- Handles miscellaneous administration duties as requested by Cluster HR Business Partner
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- HR Certificate is an advantage
- Arabic speakers preferred
- 3-5 years of experience working in HR generalist role
- Experience working in a regional set up & similar-sized international organization is an advantage
