The RoleThe RoleWe are looking for an HR Specialist to represent Olive Group to deliver our clients 'Develop HR Systems Plan' project. The candidate needs to have experience in developing & implementing HR Systems. You will be required to manage third party vendors implementations and integration plans. The project compromises includes: OD Server HR Employee Portal Competency Building E-recruitment HR Dashboard ‘Workflow’ automation HR knowledge retention portal Document Management System There will also be an overview of: Organisational Culture Development Assessment and Development Centre Graduate Program Career & Succession Planning |
RequirementsRequirementsA Master or MBA specialized in HR or 15 years of experience. Ideally have experience in Emiritisation Coaching, mentoring & developing Fluency in Arabic would be a key advantage but it is not a requirement. You will be required to demonstrate your capability in HR Systems Development and Implementation. |
