Job description / Role
Assist the HR Business Partner in the execution of HR strategic plans with a special focus on: Recruitment, Talent & organisation effectiveness/Learning & development, Labour relations with employees, liaise with local authorities and special HR Projects.
To act as the Education & Training Pillar Lead for the plant, coordinate and work closely with all the pillar leads to ensure capability development as per the business needs. To proactively work with all colleagues to support the overall objectives of the organization from the prism of IL6S.
Principal responsibilities: training and development, recruiting and hiring, IL6S - E&T Pillar Lead, employee relation, liaising with authorities
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR function, preferred in a multinational company.
- University degree in Human Resources
- CIPD in Training & Development
Should have relevant experience in:
- Training & Organization Effectiveness / Learning & Development
- Hiring & Recruitment
- Bahrain Labour Law
- IWS/ILS6 is a plus
- MS Office skills
- Masters in Human Resources
