Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To provide professional HR support to people leaders and leaders and employees in UAE and Oman in order to enhance organizational development according to strategic needs.
- Resolves day-to-day issues within the department and are efficient in planning , organizing and coordinating HR activities.
- Ensure smooth HR operation in all parts of the organization and challenge the status quo to improve operation and cooperation with partner organization (and relevant stakeholders).
- Support the organization in HR related matters to enable the delivery of the business results according to the business plan, by:
- Ensure quality and updated data files and ensuring that data standards and procedure are followed and maintained
- Providing timely and adequate services to the organization to contribution to the success for the different Business Units.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR plans for UAE/Oman
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR procedures, policies and processes and make sure they are compatible with UAE Labor Law
- Providing assistant within a range of general HR disciplines, including recruitments, on boarding, Medical insurance, Leave administration etc.
- Providing professional support to managers and employees in all businesses unites within UAE/ Oman on HR issues
- Supporting the preparations for the yearly HR processes: Performance appraisals, Barometer, Our people
- Challenging the processes and practices and identifying the opportunities for continues improvement.

Requirements

- Education at master/ Bachelor level
- Thorough understanding of UAE Labor Law
- Candidate must have minimum of 2-3 years experience within HR
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and regional culture
- Fluent English
