HR Specialist - HRSS Jordan - Al Futtaim Group - Amman, Jordan

- Assist the HRSS Country Head in a range of functions as and when required.
- Helping staff understanding the companys policies and procedures.
- Follow up and coordinate with shop managers that all data required regarding preparation of the payroll is ready before the cutoff date and being sent to the HR Analyst in Lebanon.
- Follow up and coordinate with shop managers regarding employees joining and leaving the company and immediately inform the HR Analyst in Lebanon.
- Follow up and coordinate with the companys representative at CNSS that all employees data are updated at CNSS, and keeping the HR Analyst in Lebanon updated.
- Pay slip distribution.
- Staff matters - counseling.
- Preparing invitation letters for the visitors when asked to.
- Coordinate with the insurance company regarding the medical insurance of the employees.
- Assist the business in the recruitment process and provide them with CVs when requested.
- Set up the interviews dates and locations.
- Ensure employment offers are made and issued on time, feedback/acceptance monitored and selected candidates join on time.
- Contact candidates to handover offer letters and collect all necessary employment related documents such as work certificate, training Certificate, educational certificate, driving license (for drivers), Social Security Number , work certificate from previous employer etc., and put them in the employees file.
- Prepare reports when required.
- Filing.

Requirements

- Fresh graduate - 1 year
- Languages: Arabic & English
- Diploma: HR or Business
