Job description / Role
Objective: Provides effective technical recruitment expertise in all his/her areas concerned, and ensures implementation of recruitment and selection policy and procedures. Manages and maintains efficient coordination with recruitment teams for accurate resourcing at the right time.

Reporting to: Recruitment Manager
Subordinates: All HR teams
Number required: 1
Duration: Permanent position, 2-year contract

Requirements
- Bachelor in HR
- Other HR Diploma
- Should be familiar with HR software, MS-Office, and web.
- Should be familiar with HR management, compensation and recruitment functions.
- Should have an understanding of salary negotiation.
- Should be an effective communicator, both written and verbal.
- Should be skilled in work planning and problem solving.
- Should have a transferable Iqama.
