Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
- Processes personnel action forms and assures proper approvals; disseminates approved forms
- Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file; HR Policies and Procedures
- General HR & Personnel administration.

Requirements

- Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Excel and Microsoft Word software.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
- Knowledge of office administration procedures.
- Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Any Related Certificate.
- At least 2 to 4 years' experience in a similar capacity with a professional organization.
- Team Worker.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of HR systems and procedures.
