Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

*Assist in the design, development , and implementation under the directions of the Head of HR Strategy Development the compensation and benefits plans.
*Assist in the evaluating job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary.
*Provide advice on the resolution of classification and salary complaints.
*Prepare reports, such as organization and flow charts, and career path reports, to summarize job analysis and evaluation and compensation analysis information.
*Work with the different departments and business units on the development of technical and behavioural competency.
*Coordinate with the AZF departments and business units for the technical and behaviours competencies to ensure positions are mapped to the correct competencies.
*Assist in the implementation of a grading structure based on AZF organization structure and job descriptions.
*Coordinate and deploy performance management, annual salary reviews, and bonus payout processes.
*Participate in an annual benefit planning session to review the renewal of external material (such as benchmark reports) from vendors.
*Contribute to the development of the Human Resources strategies and plans.
*Conduct research on Human Resources initiatives and applications and key trends and provide recommendations as and when required.
*Review, contribute and update the Human Resources policies, procedures and guidelines.
*Assist with key Human Resources projects, initiatives, policies and strategic and operational aims and plans.
*Assist in the periodical reviews and assessments on Human Resources policies to maintain compliance and an audit approach internally and externally.
*Assume any other responsibilities as directed by the direct supervisor.
