Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

HR Supervisor (Arab Male) - AED 17000

Handle Recruitment and Staffing Process.
Evaluate and compile the resumes and forward the suitable profiles to the concerned requester.
Handle, correspond and negotiate with the recruitment agencies.
Coordinate and arrange the interviews.
Handle Offer and Negotiation process and advise concerned Head of Departments on offering packages.
Prepare Employment Contract, Secondment Contract, Side Agreement pertained with new hires, secondment and site assignment staff respectively.
Secondment of staff to and from other project site inside & outside of the country.
Assist new employee office setup and orientation.
Manage new hires personnel file.
Handle Reimbursement of the employees in compliance with the company policy and procedure.
Drafting and distribution of Memos and letters.
Handle Employee Probation Process for the new hires and ensure the timely review by the concerned HOD and the management.
Revision of Company Policy, Work Instructions and Job descriptions in line with IMS Standard.
Assist in Exit & Clearance Process.
Manage full cycle of Training and development program (In House/ External).
Align with the respective department for the training requisites and ensure the timely completion.
Organize the training program for the employees as per the schedule (Monthly, Quarterly & Annually).
Coordinate with the training providers for conducting the training programs.
Negotiate with the training providers for the corporate agreements.
Handling Employee grievances and ensure on timely resolution.
Provides general support to the HR/Admin Manager with regards to employees concern and correspondence independently.
Any Ad hoc tasks from Head of HR & Admin or the person assigned by him.

Requirements

A bachelors Degree in Business Administration or other discipline.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in relevant field.
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful participant on the executive management team that provides
company leadership and direction.
Able to work on your own initiative and to tight deadlines.
Possess excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Good with problem solving and has excellent time management skills.
An excellent level of attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workload in a demanding team environment.
Excellent Computer Skills and expertise on Microsoft Office, Outlook, Lotus Notes and the Internet.
