Job description / Role
Our client, a leading company within the UAE is looking to hire an Arabic speaking HR Supervisor to join their business located in Al Ain.
This is a complete Generalist position, providing HR advisory to both line management and employees. This role will involve all aspects of HR including recruitment, employee relations and performance management as well as policies and procedures, compensation and benefits and organisational development. You will also deal with complex HR issues and ensure strong communication between Senior Managers and Stakeholders.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree qualified and have experience within a HR Advisory or Supervisory position. It is essential you possess a proven track record in building effective relationships with senior business leaders and have demonstrable experience of managing change / implementation.
