Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Conducting the Training Budget for the year for all employees in Saudi Arabia.
- Communicating with internal training centers in order to arrange the training courses.
- Communicating with & external training centers and reviewing the quotation with the HR Director in order to select the best vendors.
- Controlling the Training Cycle; (attendance, evaluation, certificates etc.).
- Entering and reviewing the employees training data
- Controlling the planning & Development by conducting the Performance Appraisal and Performance Management.
- Helping in the Recruitment & Selection processes in the company (Manpower Planning, screening, shortlisting candidates, arranging & conducting interviews and communicating with the overseas agencies)

Requirements

Intensive Experience In:
- HR Management
- Training & Development Management (Training cycle, Controlling the planning & Development) and Recruitment Management (Man power planning, screening)
