HR Transformation Manager

Job description / Role

My client is a well known organisation, with an exciting and growing brand globally. Due to growth and commitment to deliver HR objectives for 2014, they are looking to hire a HR Transformation Manager to join a specially appointed team.

The Role
The main responsibilities will include:

Delivering projects to time, cost and functionality objectives
Creating work plans including resource requirements according to company program requirements, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Managing relationships with external suppliers effectively such as third party vendors and contractors
Engaging with HR Leadership on any proposed changes to people, process, systems or structure and influences decision-making with these multi-business unit stakeholders to the benefit of the project and business benefits
Managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project within a defined scope
Proactively manages risks and mitigation avoiding project delays
Capturing and managing conflicting requirements from senior business stakeholders

Requirements

The ideal candidate:

A minimum of 8 years experience within a HR role - essential
Experience in working on HR transformation projects, change management, HR implementation projects etc. - essential
Confident communicator - essential
CIPD qualified - essential
Prince 2 or similar qualification - highly desirable
