Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for planning, organizing and developing the overall function of HR, Admin, Housekeeping & Security department in consultation with the Management officers.

Responsible for driving employee engagement and work-life balance initiatives, manage internal communication and build harmonious employee relations. The position will strive to keep the employee morale and motivation high by initiating activities for people integration and creating a work-place which is fun to work at.

Employee Relations
* Handle Escalation/ Grievance
* Handles labor issues
* Responsible for Policy & Procedure Roll Out & Compliance and Inter-department Calibration & Coordination
* Oversees/ plans/initiates Company and employee activities.
* Prepare, amend and implements Code of Discipline and House Rules in consultation with the Management.
* Preparing various Company manuals.

Training and Development
* Evaluate employees training needs.
* Plan and initiate training; will handle training's if necessary.

Organizational Development
* Structuring and Leveling
* Manpower Planning and budget
* Rewards and Replacement
* Internal audit functions
* International Standards certifications ( ISO documentation )
* Initiate system and document creation within the organization

Administration.
* Oversees Housekeeping of factory and accommodation by managing their daily activities which includes appropriate cleaning of all offices, concourses, seating areas, washrooms, pantry/kitchen, accommodation, and all public spaces.
* Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of guest and employee satisfaction.
* Oversees purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
* Conducts monthly inspection of all rooms and daily in factory and all premises.
* Coordinate with the concerned team for the repair and maintenance of housekeeping, accommodation and office facilities and their needs.
* Oversees Security personnel and its functions in factory and accommodation
* Oversees administrative task assigned to receptionist and driver.
* Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.

Recruitment and Selection
* Responsible for end to end recruitment processes from pre-selection to placement.
* Handle government relations related processes such as VISA application, VISA renewal, transfers, health cards, passports and employee health insurance.

Requirements

* Relevant Master Degree in H.R.
* Certification in H R.
* Knowledge in ERP, HRMS & Payroll.
* Minimum 5-6 years relevant experience. In Similar position.
* Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing Industry, preferably MNC
* Strong working knowledge of MS Office.
* Strong communication and Interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* High level of personal motivation and an ability to work on their own initiative
* An ambitious person
* Understanding of the need to promote a company people orientated culture.
* Understanding of difference and diversity, to respect individuals and keep necessary confidentiality.
* Highly organised and action orientated and proactive.
* Ability to focus on key objectives and work within specific time frames , knowledge about KPI.
