The Role


AED 40,000 plus schooling and family status.

On behalf of our client, a prestigious Sharjah company, we are looking to recruit a Western Male HR and Admin Manager.
Reporting to the Group Director of Business Services, you will be responsible for managing all HR and administration functions.
You will recommend and administer effective personnel policies and procedures that abide by the legal requirements and sound practices of HR, develop and implement HR goals and objectives, provide support and guidance to divisional and department managers regarding personnel policies and procedures, training and other sensitive personnel issues.
You will also plan develop and design employee compensation and benefits programmes through arranging proper and competitive salary structures.

The sucessful candidate must be a UAE resident and have a minimum of 15 years experience in various aspects of HR and admin including 7 years of this must of been at senior level.
You must be degree educated in HR with an additional CIPD qualification.
You should be a dynamic, professionally qualified team leader with excellent communication and people management skills.
