HR and Administration Consultant

Job description / Role

Up to AED20,000 per month plus medical and flight only ( Salary does include HRA and transport)

On behalf of our client a leading Dubai based brand communications agency we are looking to recruit a HR and Administration Consultant. Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for all HR policies and procedures such as annual strategy, budget, training and development, on-boarding,orientation, leave entitlement, performance management, conducting exit interviews and other duties deemed suitable by your line manager.

Requirements

The suitable candidate must reside in the UAE, be MBA educated in HR and have 5 years senior HR and administration experience assisting in the set up of a HR department. Be knowledgeable with regards to UAE labor law with strong problem solving skills. Candidates who have worked within a advertising or brand communications agency are preferred for this role.
