Employment: Full Time

HR and Administration Officer - URGENT

Salary: AED 11,000 to -14,000 plus benefits

Our client is a well-known Multi National based in Jebel Ali and works in the manufacturing and instillation industry with client clients in the Oil and Gas, Power and commercial sectors.

Due to their expanding portfolio and drive for excellence they are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their ever growing team.

Reporting to the CFO and Administration Manager this is an exciting role where you are at the heart of the business facilitating all employee related actions, such as managing records, organising interviews, managing job descriptions, salary reviews and much much more.

This is a role where all hands on deck is required, being fast and accurate is important. Along with your HR duties you will also be required to support the CFO and Admin manager with some secretarial duties and other administration tasks that may fall outside of the HR work.

A busy environment you must have exceptional organisation skills and as an HR representative of the company your communication skills and employee management and engagement will be essential. Retaining your energetic personality with the ability to handle a high work load and do this with a smile will be a unique skill.

Support with compensation and benefits
All communication to employees
Arrangement of business trips
Right hand to the CFO and Administration Manager

Requirements

3-4 years experience in HR
University Degree Preference HR
Female Preferred, Arabic, Filipino, European
