Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Participate in applying HR processes in the western region & function (recruitment, training, performance evaluation to ensure the consistency of HR decision with business needs. Design and leads specific HR project with Zain Employees & Zain Partners to manage specific HR needs.Employees Engagement Results

* Participates in increasing the communication & engagements action plan of the Partners to support HR actions and improve employee motivation

* Implements HRBP policies in the Partners & Zain to increase employee's motivation and improve HR processes and business results.

* Collects information about the moral and the motivation of Zain & Partners employees through formal and informal ways to feed back the top management and recommend corrective actions.

Partners and Zain Support

* Contributes in the HR Partner performance by leading specific transversal projects or actions to ensure that all actions decided by HRBP manager are implemented in the Partners & concerned Zain function

* Ensure the manpower planning (right people, right place, right time) of the Partner in consistency with the budget (including staffing) to improve the HR Partner department & concerned departments performance.

* Support of the Zain HRCS the main HR processes (recruitment, training, career development…) for his business Partner in consistency with HR policies and business needs to improve global performance of the Partner

* Regular contact with the resource director of the Partner Business to collect information, feedback on actions and coordinate for HR action plan implementation.

* Daily contact with HOD, managers & Employees to provide advice, take HR decision and collect information, give recommendations for HR related issues.

* Ongoing communication with Zain HR Department for collecting information and for requesting actions.

Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

* Knowledge in the Saudi Labor Law.

* Excellent Command of English Language.

* Min 2 years of experience.

Education and Certification Requirements

* Bachelor degree of Business Administration or HR
