HR Connect operates in a shared service environment, a central unit providing HR related services to a user base size of 10,000 Employees, Managers & HR Business Partners in Al-Futtaim.  We are currently looking to recruit an experienced HRIS Analyst to work from our HR Shared Service Centre based in Dubai Festival City.

Reporting to HRIS Manager, the main responsibilities of your role will be as follows:

* Ensure all employees of Al Futtaim Group of Companies and Join Venture companies which are in SAP HCM get their salaries accurately on time without any fail by performing pre-processing validations and updates.
* Identify and implement technologies enabling strategic and operational business improvement system solution in group companies and joint-venture companies of Al Futtaim group.
* Manage project, resources, budgets integration and business change for effective delivery of solutions.
* Provide SAP HR and HCM consultancy and technical solution to the Management and HR Business Partners of operating cos.
* Enable Operating Companies and Group HR to attain higher level of operational excellence by minimizing their manual efforts and achieve higher level of customer satisfaction.
* Provide business analysis in one or more functional areas (Human Capital Management and SAP NetWeaver Portal modules such as ESS, MSS and BIW) for productivity improvement using Business process re-engineering  methodology. Be an active member of the project team to implement the same within the SAP Enterprise.
* Actively seek ways to identify the best practices within the HCM modules so as to exploit the best utilisation of SAP HCM and SAP NetWeaver Portal Systems in the Group. Moreover, explore ways to implement the same within the Non-UAE business units and Joint Ventures.

To apply for the role you should have the following skills, experiences and qualifications:

Qualifications: Minimum Qualification: A Masters degree in Information Systems or business-related (functional) discipline (HR, Workflow, Projects, etc.), with an understanding of programming concepts.

Field of Specialisation: Project Management, Information Systems Management, Business Process Reengineering, Database Technologies, Office systems etc. at advanced level.

Skills: Interpersonal skills, strong analytical and communication skills, ability to learn quickly. Strong project management skills; Organizational and Planning skills. Strong analytical and Conceptual skills;

Experience: 15-25 yrs. In the fields of Business, Business Process Reengineering, Systems Development, etc. of which 10-15 years should be in SAP implementation projects in a large enterprise. (SAP K4-K3 Equivalent)

Competencies: Strong project management skills; teamwork; interpersonal skills; analytical and conceptual skills; problem solving skills. Skills to implement systems which enables to significantly improve the productivity, user-friendliness, performance and reliability of HR services and corresponding applications.
